VYPE: What are your personal goals this year ?
Jordan: Some of my personal goals for this year would be to hit 300lb on my front squat. And to make the honor roll again this year. I would also love to make an impact on my sisters lives this year.
VYPE: What is the most fun you have had in the last year?
Jordan: The most fun I’ve had this past year would be regional softball when we got so hyped to play Collinsville. It was such a great time. The whole team was cheering and the crowd was just as loud. It was the best time I’ve had in a long time. Not to mention the fact that none of us had a voice the next day.
VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade and why?
Jordan: My favorite Teacher would have to be Coach Stanley King. Even though he hasn’t been my teacher yet he has left a huge impact on my life. He has helped me through thick and thin. He pushed me to not only be a better wrestler but a better person. He showed me what hard work really means. Sometimes he can be a pain in the butt, but overall the best teacher, coach, and mentor any athlete could ask for.
VYPE: What is your favorite athletic memory?
Jordan: My all time favorite Athletic memory would be the Pryor girls wrestling tournament when our girls team placed 1st overall. Not only did I place 1st but Mandi, Thea and Jane all placed top three. Which is pretty big for us. Well I guess you wouldn’t say that was my all time favorite memory. Because after my first week of wrestling coach King came in and taught me a lot of what he knew to make me a better wrestler. After that day coach King became my wrestling partner because I was “too big” for the other girls. To this day that will forever be my favorite memory.
VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you and why?
Jordan: A teammate that has the biggest impression on me would have to be Mia Allen. I have watched Mia play since my fourth grade at Briggs Elementary. Where I always looked up to her not only as a 1st baseman but as a friend. Then as I graduated from Briggs and made the Tahlequah softball team I watched Mia succeed as an amazing center fielder. I would like to say thank you to Mia for everything!
VYPE: Who on your team has the best impression of your coach and who says the funniest things during games?
Jordan: I would have to say Loren Walker has the best impression of Coach Ray. Funny enough she was a Tahlequah softball coach for Halloween. I think either Kori Rainwater or Amelia Miller say the funniest thing during the game. Like random off the wall things. Just crazy nonsense.
VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation, where do you go and who do you take with you?
Jordan: My dream vacation will be to go to Honolulu, Hawaii! I would take all my friends and we would just go have fun. Swim with Dolphins, ride around on those mini bike things, and just have fun being with each other. I can’t even imagine what kind of trouble we’d get into but hopefully not a lot. And I couldn’t forget to bring my mom and sisters souvenirs back.
VYPE: If you had $500 and had to spend it in the next 24 hours, how would you spend it?
Jordan: If I had $500 to spend in the next 24 hours I’d spend it on new gym shoes and one of those mini bikes. See that would be fun riding around on one of those little things. I think that’s probably it.

Jordan: I would like to say thank you to Coach Chris Ray so thank you! Over the past two-ish years you have helped me fix my swing and become an overall better softball player. I would like to say you have been the best softball coach I’ve had by far. And again thank you! I also would like to give a shout out to Coach Barbell and Coach Stewart for always making me laugh and helping pick up my spirit after a bad at bat or a bad play in the field. They are alway there to help me and push me.
