Tahlequah upended Tulsa Nathan Hale, 56-45, Saturday, March 4 in a Class 5A East Area Tournament consolation final to earn a berth in the state tournament.
The Tigers, who are 14-11 under first-year head coach Quinn Wooldridge, will take on Carl Albert (21-5) Wednesday, March 8 to begin state tournament play at Lloyd Noble Center in Norman.
Members of the Tigers include: Zeke Guerrero, Cash McAlvain, Cale Matlock, Jordan Daughtery, JJ Antwine, Shaun Young, Triston Collins, Cole Robertson, Donovan Smith, Noah Barrett, Brycen Smith, Gage Hodgson, Lukas Wooldridge, Avery Fields and Hayden Smith.
Tahlequah last earned a berth in the state tournament in 2020.
